Summary:

Good knife skills help to minimize waste and maximize efficiency in the Kitchen. In addition, it makes cutting easier and not nearly as arduous.

Besides the basic skills, you need to know what knife to use. Learning what type of knife to use for a job is extremely important and there are many different kinds of knives to choose from.

This class will give you the knowledge and skills to select the right knife and make a variety of cuts confidently and effectively.
